Refund policy

Every Elyxie piece is handmade to order in Lima and individually numbered. We want you to keep it only if it feels right.

Returns within 14 days

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the piece is unworn and in its original condition, with the hexagonal casket and the numbered certificate intact.

To start a return, write to mkt@elyxie.com or WhatsApp +51 976 616 514 with your order number. We will confirm the return address and instructions.

Return shipping

Return shipping is at the customer's expense, by tracked and insured courier. If the piece arrived defective or incorrect, Elyxie covers the return and the replacement shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the piece, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping charges, import duties and taxes are not refundable, except when the return is due to our error.

Defects and repairs

Each talisman is crafted by hand; slight variations are part of its nature. Manufacturing defects are repaired or replaced at no cost — contact us as soon as you notice any issue. Exchanged pieces may carry a different serial number, as each number is unique within the edition of 100.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits the statutory rights of consumers in their country of residence, including withdrawal rights for buyers in the European Union and the United Kingdom. Customers in Peru may also use our Libro de Reclamaciones.
